New Clients

We are always accepting new clients here at Bear Creek! We do require a new client deposit of $67.00 prior to scheduling your first appointment, the deposit applies to your invoice when you come in for your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment it has to be done within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment for the deposit to stay on your account. If you reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment the deposit is forfeited, and we will have to take the deposit again if you choose to schedule another appointment.
